Veggie Chili Love

I think the class liked my chili. People take turns bringing food for dinner before the Perspectives class. I made vegetarian chili, loaded with peppers, squash, onion. With both pinto and black beans. My friend in the class made corn bread muffins.

Pictured: Did not bring any leftovers home! (Good thing I set some aside for my people at home.)

For Christ did not send me to baptize but to preach the gospel, and not with words of eloquent wisdom, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power. For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 1 Corinthians 1:17-18 ESV

I love a pot scraped clean....always a good sign. You know what I'm going to ask, don't you? For the recipe. I told my Dave it had squash in it AND he wanted it, as we have several squash from the garden. :)

I love you,
Marion
