College Students and Tofu Love

I offered to make rice in my mom's giant rice cooker. And a stir fry dish for the international student fellowship at Evergreen State College. I opted for my mom's Kung Pao Tofu and kept it vegetarian. A life group friend brought stir fry veggies with pork. I made a quadruple batch and 12 cups of rice. The college students and staff ate it all up!
