Some things haven't changed. My brother-in-law sure knows how to cook up an awesome Chinese meal. We've had twenty years of good eats when Ed is around. He travels with his own cleaver and Chinatown ingredients. I've also picked up a few tricks from him, like using a ladle for dipping pancake batter and repurposing cereal box liners for wax paper. What's new is how we take pictures. Digital cameras add a whole new dimension to photo ops. We can see the results instantly and compare shots. Are my eyes open? Who got the better one of the gang? And zap it to me, will ya? We can count on good food and good conversation when our families get together. And we have the pictures to remember it by.
As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: 1 Peter 4:10 ESV
